This is a title that your character can be described as and known for. There can be nearly any combination of two or three, and you may change it at any time as it fits the character. This means if your character begins to commit crime, they may no longer be considered just a gunslinger or bounty hunter, they may be declared as an outlaw and the other title you see fit to give them.
Gunslinger - A person who's primary application is battling with guns.
Bounty Hunter - Someone who hunts down criminals to be paid.
Outlaw - Someone on the wrong side of the law.
Marshal - Someone who's job is to defend the law (by definition). Has a license to kill.
(Texas Ranger - Corps of Lawmen from Texas, same description as a Marshall. Basically an alternate title your character can keep.)
Sheriff - Someone who keeps the law in one town/city/county.
Nomad - Not as much a fighter, but still out in the west for whatever reason.
Warrior - Your character is a fighter of Native American heritage.
Note 1: This is not based on any system of morality. It is made for YOUR defining of the character. If your character is declared an outlaw in say the Arizona territory, you may believe their title as Gunslinger is more fitting and keep it that way. Same as a Marshall/Sheriff who murders and steals will still be referred to as Marshall/Sheriff.
Note 2: Marshall and Sheriff are jobs, and must be your character's jobs. They can be taken away by the government, or walked away from. A character who in the RP has the rank of Deputy will be given the title of Sheriff on their profile to avoid clutter.
Note 3: Most of the above can be combined. Most characters move around, Nomad simply implies that the character is supposedly peaceful. A character can be an outlaw and a gunslinger, an outlaw and a bounty hunter, or an outlaw and a warrior.
Note 4: Outlaws and Nomads, similarly to Sheriffs and Marshals must meet criteria to have the title. Nomads don't fight all the time, and Outlaws break laws. Outlaws may have other titles, Nomads may not.
